OmaPosti is an app developed by Posti for managing parcels and letters. It offers the convenience of being accessible via both smartphone and browser. For the optimal tracking experience, installing OmaPosti on your phone is recommended.

<li>Parcel tracking: OmaPosti provides real-time updates on the status, location, and estimated delivery time of your parcels. It also notifies you when a parcel is ready for pickup. Additionally, it presents available delivery options based on the specific circumstances of each parcel. When opting for home delivery, OmaPosti allows you to select a convenient delivery time.</li>

When it comes to sending parcels, OmaPosti's in-app payment option offers affordability and convenience. Prepaid shipments can be dropped off at any Posti Service Point or Parcel Locker.

<li>Mail reception: With OmaPosti, you have the option to receive electronic letters and invoices in your digital mailbox. These could include important messages from authorities, invoices, and payslips. Email notifications are sent out to inform you of new mail arrivals.</li>

Managing invoice payments has never been easier with OmaPosti. You can securely pay your invoices directly within the app. Timely payment reminders are sent, and the application archives your invoices for future reference.

<li>Customs declaration: In OmaPosti, customs clearance for purchases and gifts valued up to EUR 150 can be easily arranged. From 1 October 2023, this service will be available for a fee of EUR 1.</li>

If you require assistance with your items, OmaPosti allows you to conveniently initiate a chat with customer service through the app.

<li>Free to use: The OmaPosti service is designed for Finnish residents aged 15 and above who have a Finnish phone subscription. It is completely free of charge to use.</li>

For those who prefer not to or cannot install the app on their phones, OmaPosti offers a browser version accessible at oma.posti.fi. Some Posti services are exclusively available through the browser version, including change of address and mail forwarding. Furthermore, you can easily download all the letters and invoices stored in your OmaPosti account through the browser version.

Please note that the handling of letters and invoices in OmaPosti adheres to rigorous mail, correspondence, and bank secrecy regulations, as well as the information security policy set forth by the data protection ombudsman and Posti Group. Standardized data transfer methods and secure connections are utilized to ensure the utmost confidentiality and protection of your information.
